BYONE heat transfer unit is a set of equipment which installed on the rack heat exchanger unit, including the plate heat exchanger, the circulation pump, service water pump, the frequency changer, the necessary tube, the valve for the adjustment and the automatic control. As long as connect with the system heat source pipeline, the user pipeline and the service water pipeline, and power the controls cabinet, it can be in the operation. The unit work principle (take district heating system as example) The heat transfer unit includes primary side, secondary side and service water side. Take primary side as the heat source, secondary side is the water for users. Heat transfer from primary side to secondary side through medium. Medium circulated between two sides through circulation pump, so that the thermal can continuously transmit to end user. Service water system connects with two sides’ user back waters to supplement in the secondary side water, and to maintain system pressure is stable.

 

Principle of control supplying water

The unit has the independent control cabinet, which can complete data collection and analysis refer to the two sides’ medium temperature, controls primary side flow capacity to adjust the temperature of end user needs.
