It composed by plates, the air blower, the frame and the water tank .Using the plate heat exchanger¡¯s advantage, which is many flow channels, the thin plate, the rapids flow to make the heat transfer. The sprinkling system causes the air humidification to lower the temperature. It also enlarge the heat transfer temperature difference propelling force, the great current capacity directs the wind type wind function effectively to increase the air side the stream velocity, causes the hot and damp air promptly to carry off, thus strengthened heat transfer. It can be used widely in the request which need strict pressure drop, strict space and the clean medium situation.?
